Full apartment renovation in Salamanca District, Madrid, conceived to increase property value and deliver a premium living experience. With an approximate surface of +200 m², the redesign opens up the social area, improves circulation and optimizes the layout with a clear strategy: an open-plan day zone and a night area with four en-suite bedrooms.

The project includes new bathrooms, an upgraded semi-open kitchen, complete renewal of joinery and flooring, and a bespoke architectural approach that respects the district’s classic character. The home is organized around a generous entrance hall defined by a framed opening and a courtesy wardrobe, while a flooring transition subtly separates kitchen and living-dining areas without breaking spatial continuity.

The semi-open kitchen connects to the hall through metal-and-glass doors to preserve light and depth, and features an independent service entrance for daily functionality. Finishes combine coffee-toned cabinetry, anthracite interiors and a porcelain countertop. A guest powder room and a separate laundry room complete the programme.

The primary suite is the key feature: the bathroom is integrated into the walk-in closet, with a pass-through vanity and washing area for a hotel-like experience. Dropped beams across rooms were solved through a custom ceiling design—false ceilings, coves and recessed details—turning constraints into illuminated architectural volumes. Lighting is a central element: sconces, pendants, recessed downlights and extensive indirect lighting create layered atmospheres.

The classic-contemporary feel is enhanced with moldings and plaster cornices, elevated skirting and black classic hardware. The apartment includes ducted A/C with zoning, Hungarian-point wood flooring, large-format ceramics for continuity, and custom pantographed wardrobes with elongated handles.
