What Profile Are We Looking For?

At WINK, we need someone capable of taking on the role of Construction Site Manager with experience in residential renovation projects.

Essential Requirements:
• A person who adapts well to change and has strong communication skills.
• Experience in cost control, project execution management, and relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Advanced knowledge of Revit, Presto, AutoCAD, Project, and the Office Suite.
• At least 5 years of experience in the renovation industry.

What Qualifications Do You Need?

A technical degree, preferably as a Building Engineer or Architect.

What Will Your Responsibilities Be?
• Planning the start of each subcontractor’s work on site.
• Daily tracking of work with the site foreman.
• Monthly certification of work with the client, cost and production control.
• Creating pro forma invoices for subcontractors, monthly certifications, and invoice approvals.
• Planning and milestone control.
• Weekly site meetings, monitoring restrictions.
• Client relations and project management.
• Project delivery, documentation generation.
• Financial close-out with clients and contractors.
• Monthly cost/production control.
• Creating additional budgets.
• Time planning for the project.
• Preparing necessary reports for monitoring.
• Coordinating with purchasing and logistics for necessary on-site resources.
• Collaborating in the search for new suppliers that fit the company’s needs and established parameters.

At Wink, we offer an exclusive and efficient selection experience in our 500 m² showroom, where you can choose all luxury materials and finishes in one place, eliminating the need to visit multiple suppliers. Our expert interior designers will guide you through each decision, ensuring every element aligns with your style and the overall design of the project, simplifying the process while guaranteeing the highest quality standards.

How can I be sure the budget covers all costs?
