Wink was founded in 2018 by Alfonso García del Callejo and Víctor Martínez Camba, two entrepreneurs with extensive experience in the world of architecture and design. From the beginning, their vision was clear: to create a full-service renovation company that not only met market standards but exceeded them with an innovative and personalized approach.

THE YEAR OF GROWTH
Our year was 2019. The year Wink truly took off. We began to establish ourselves in the industry and grow as a team. We developed our own interior design department, which allowed us to offer a more complete and cohesive service. Additionally, we started to forge strategic partnerships with some of the most prestigious brands in the market. That year, we not only grew in projects but also in vision, building stronger foundations to become a reference in full-service renovations in Madrid.
RESILIENCE AND NEW PERSPECTIVES
2020 was a year of unexpected challenges. The pandemic changed the world as we knew it, and with it, the needs of homes. At Wink, we knew how to adapt. This was the year we redefined our approach, introducing new solutions that focused not only on design but also on well-being. We began creating multifunctional spaces, ideal for remote work and cohabitation, integrating technology and energy efficiency.
Additionally, we developed our own methodology, Wink Works, which optimized the way we managed projects, reducing timelines and improving precision in every detail.

A New Chapter for Wink
2021 marked a milestone in our history. After years of growth, we moved to a new 1,000 m² office, a space that not only symbolized our evolution but also allowed us to offer a more personal and complete experience to our clients. It was at this moment that we created a 500 m² showroom, a place where our clients could see, touch, and choose the finishes and materials that would bring their homes to life.
This new chapter not only brought us closer to our clients but also allowed us to grow as a team. Every corner of our new facilities was designed to optimize the way we work, collaborate, and create unique spaces.
Leading with Innovation and Continuous Training
In 2022, at Wink, we took a bold step towards the future of architecture and design. We knew that to provide exceptional service, we had to be at the forefront not only in aesthetics but also in technology and sustainability. It was a year marked by our commitment to the comprehensive training of our entire team, the "winkers," ensuring that each of our professionals mastered the latest trends and tools in the industry.
We trained our architects in Passive House and sustainable construction, while also enhancing our 3D rendering and augmented reality tools, allowing our clients to visualize their projects in detail before the construction began.
PROPERTY APPRECIATION IN MADRID: WE ADD VALUE TO INVESTORS
In 2023, at Wink, we took a step forward in Madrid's real estate sector, focusing on asset appreciation as our key proposal. As the city became a hub for real estate in Spain, we became a strategic ally for investors looking to maximize the value of their properties. Each project was approached with a comprehensive focus, combining innovative design, efficient management, and a deep understanding of the local market.
This year was crucial in strengthening our expertise, developing personalized solutions that not only enhanced the aesthetics of properties but also boosted their value in the market. In this way, we managed to transform properties into true gems of Madrid's real estate market, positioning ourselves as experts in asset appreciation.
WE CONTINUE TO REINVENT OURSELVES
Today, we are already 40 professionals. We continue to reinvent ourselves year after year, committed to listening, learning, and improving. We’ve taken a step forward with a complete rebranding that symbolizes our evolution as a company that always places the client at the center of everything.One of the most significant advances has been the implementation of the DISC methodology in our teams, which connects each client with the professional who best understands their vision and needs. This allows us to optimize the client-team relationship and ensure a seamless renovation experience, from the first contact to the final delivery.
But at Wink, we don’t just focus on the present; we also think about the future. This year, we officially launched our post-sales department. Now, as part of the Wink Family, our clients enjoy an extended warranty and dedicated post-sales service, ensuring that any detail or adjustment is handled with the same attention and dedication as during the project.
