At Wink, we offer an exclusive and efficient selection experience in our 500 m² showroom, where you can choose all luxury materials and finishes in one place, eliminating the need to visit multiple suppliers. Our expert interior designers will guide you through each decision, ensuring every element aligns with your style and the overall design of the project, simplifying the process while guaranteeing the highest quality standards.
How can I be sure the budget covers all costs?
At Wink, we prioritize complete transparency. We provide a detailed budget that covers all project costs, avoiding surprises. Throughout the process, we will keep you informed and involved in each important decision.
Do you offer a warranty on the work completed?
Yes, at Wink, we offer up to a one-year warranty on any imperfections that may arise after the project is completed. This warranty ensures that every detail is maintained to the highest standards. Our team is available to address any issues, allowing you to enjoy your new home without concerns.
Do you meet project delivery timelines?
Yes, at Wink, we work with a contractually guaranteed completion date. Each phase of the project is meticulously planned to ensure the project is finished within the agreed timeline.
Can I view previous Wink projects before making a decision?
Yes, at Wink, we have a portfolio of exclusive projects available for you to review. Additionally, we invite you to visit ongoing projects to see our work firsthand. The best way to assess the quality of a construction company is by seeing its work on-site. Do you work on projects outside Madrid?
While based in Madrid, Wink undertakes projects across the entire Community of Madrid. We are prepared to manage full-scale renovations in any location within this area, always delivering the same level of detail and quality.
