Renovated house in Chamartín with contemporary design

Located in the Chamartín neighborhood, this house has been carefully renovated to preserve its original essence while incorporating a contemporary and refined aesthetic. Every detail has been designed to respect the history of the space, achieving a balance between the authenticity of its structure and the most current requirements. This project focused on opening the kitchen to the living room, creating a larger and bright space ideal for receiving guests. This design, complemented by the new terrace, amplifies the connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, providing a more natural environment.
